Abstract submission will be possible from October 3^rd, 2011 to January 2^nd, 2012 . Abstracts are limited to one page of text including figures and tables.

How to prepare your abstract ?

Abstract submission is possible by submitting your abstract in PDF format on the online platform.

Complete the form, available in the following formats:

Word template

Open Office template

LaTeX template

Once your abstract is ready, convert it into pdf format and submit it via the online platform.

The online submission platform will be available from October 3^rd, 2011 to January 2^nd, 2012

Conference proceedings

An abstract book will be provided to the annual meeting attendees and will also serve as proceedings.

We therefore encourage the submission of abstracts with significant scientific content.
